Manifesting and Soul Growth

I was recently asked if someone could affect our ability to manifest in order to learn a soul lesson. The answer is an absolute "no". As creators, we have the ability to affect our own ability to manifest in order to learn a lesson, or more often, to see a belief system mirrored back for us to evaluate. But to imply that someone else can affect our ability would imply that we are not creators, but victims to circumstance, and that we are not in control of our destiny. When you understand the belief system that is in place that prevents you from manifesting, you can shift the energy. But most don't know their belief systems. I am not too familiar with downtown, just enough to get around with the help of GPS. I tried to find a parking lot near where I wanted to go but could only find the places that charge $7 for 20 minutes! So I circled around to get to the cheaper lot that was about 4 blocks away from where I needed to be. But I took the wrong turn! Much to my happiness, I found a parking spot on the street! This is unheard of during lunch hour where I was. And the parking space happened to be feet away from where my friend was standing. And there was an hour's worth of free parking on the meter! This isn't luck- the universe supports me- this what we all can have, this is what we all deserve!
