EPS/ GPS
So many of us walk around completely unaware and asleep when it comes to our feelings. We learn to suppress our emotions from our families. "Stop crying", "Be quiet" or "Children should be seen and not heard" are many of the phrases we heard as children. So by the time we can be heard or want to express our feelings and emotions, we can't or don't know how. We lose touch with ourselves.
That's where our "EPS" comes into play. Call it the GPS for emotions- emotional positioning system. You can tell so much from a person by where they are consciously and emotionally by their EPS.
Think about it. Haven't you heard someone who is passive aggressive and thought "what an angry person"? Or perhaps someone who is very negative and thought that "there's a person who doesn't feel adequate or worthy that they have to knock down everything around them".
So what does you EPS say about you? Ever say or think something and wonder where that thought or those words came from? Did you ever think that they were your suppressed emotions coming out for a breather?
The key to recalibrating your EPS is to clear out all of the "junk information" or the old programming that sends you to wrong destination. Time to erase those old destinations that no longer serve you. And the method to clearing out the obsolete programming is to be aware that you are still working with it. Become more conscious of your thoughts and words. Do they expand you as a person, or do they limit you?
The more conscious you become about your thoughts and actions, the more aligned you become with your soul.
