Set the Intention

What do you hope to achieve, experience and/or create this year? Come up with at least 10 intentions and be sure to write them down. Perhaps you want to overcome insecurities. How can you be kinder to yourself in every moment? A possible solution would be to praise yourself throughout the day. Or maybe it is simply acknowledging that you deeply and completely love and accept yourself every time you doubt yourself.

How do you know what you desire? What signals you that this is what you really want? Do you get excited? Goose bumps? Perhaps you get a tingly feeling in your gut? Make sure you are chasing you desires, not someone else's.

What would you create if nothing was in the way of your dreams?

For something not tangible, such as creating more love in your life, how would you know when you achieved it?

And lastly, how would you choose to spend the next hour or day if the time was yours to spend however you desired?

Once your intention is set, be sure to align with it by visualizing your intention and feeling yourself achieve it. Celebrate your success as if it has already happened. Make sure you feel the success throughout your body. If you experience resistance, be sure to ask yourself what prevents you from achieving your intention. Turn the resistance into an intention!
